All of 2017 has been packed full of upgrades. There are no certain amounts of Gateways, Downloads, Upgrades or Waves that happen at any given year or time. They can and do happen at any time and many times when least expected. As the years go by since 2012 the upgrades have become increasingly stronger for longer periods of time with less let up or rest time inbetween. More and more are awakening to the LIGHT, The TRUTH and their authentic selves.

We have lots of cosmic helpers in this process, all of our passed on loves ones, our spirit guides which are many times ascended masters, the Creator, the Angels and the ET benevolent beings of Light that are making this shift with us.

This shift is one that is fueled by the Divine Feminine of Nature, Nurture, Love, Creation, Compassion and Deep Connections to the other worlds, other dimensions and other timelines. The Feminine has been called to rise for some time but it has taken years for this calling to come into full effect. The amount of darkness that has had to be sifted through and transformed has been a phenomenal feat just on it’s own. As darkness has run wild unchecked for eons now, the Creator has called, enough… it is time to go back to the old ways of Love and Ascend beyond this Reality. This reality has been off track, it has been our mission to now get back on the track we should be on.

As we make this process we will be confronted with all things that do not match who we really are. Who we really are is pure Love, Light and Pure Divine Spirit. Many aspects of the underworld will come to the surface for us to process and for those new to this process they will have to face even more. Those of us that have been in this Ascension process for some time have found ourselves, come clean with ourselves and have merged with our authentic selves. Even though we have been through a tremendous amount of upgrades already we will still be tested time and time again.

What takes place as these Light Codes come in to upgrade us is we will no longer be able to hold any space of inauthenticity. These are the the tests that unfold. This aspect will not feel good if we are forced to revert back to it. We will be forced at times because in this revealing process of accessing our true self, others will not understand who we are becoming. Do not blame yourself for falling backwards in this process, it will happen again and again until we are strong enough to represent our True Light Body as the Spirit we really are and have become through the years of transformation.

Be kind to yourself as you go through these many processes and years of transformations. We literally are not the same person as we were the day before. Give yourself the freedom to transform each day in any way that presents itself. Make the most of each upgrade, download and new timeline that appears.

Give yourself permission to evolve and flow with the changes that are happening. We must be fluid like reality and be free to transform as the changes come in for us and make themselves known. These changes will happen eventually for everyone. Yet everyone is not all on the same track or timeline.  Some are further ahead and some have just begun but we will all end up together going through the final Ascension together.

You will find the old  dysfunctional ways no longer work, so don’t try and force them. Relax into the new way of being and learn how to embrace change. Change typically has not been easy for humans but now is the time we must embrace changes day in and day out. We must look forward to all of these changes as they take place as they bring us all home ultimately to our Authenic selves.

The past few weeks intense changes for all of humanity has taken place and we have again entered into a new timeline. This new timeline is one of more authenticity and more connection to the Divine.

These changes in timelines always come with the some of the same symptoms and now they come with the Mandela effect in full force. The Mandela Effect brings in new timelines as other timelines are dropped off and relooped. As I said in my last article I call this timeline looping.

This timeline looping brings with it skipped and missing time. This is not the regular time of the 3D world but actual missing time when you look at your clock at it says one time and then 5 minutes later 25 minutes may have passed. I have noticed in all these years of tracking timeline changes these sequences often happen in 20 minute intervals for me, so watch for this in your own life. As these time loops take place reality resets all of us into a better timeline and the old one is dropped away.

You may experience more psychic connections during these times, feeling more connected to the Divine Creator and have more synchronicities taking place. These are all things that happen to me during every timeline shift that occurs.

As these new frequencies take hold there is more left over of the new reality than of the discarded one and each new timeline works this way. Each time we have more of an advanced timeline to hold on to.

Look for psychic experiences to show you the way through these timelines. We are entering the realms of Light and Transformation where anything is possible. So look for this when noticing timeline changes. They must have a psychic or paranormal component. Since this is my life it is relatively easy for me to notice when a timeline change occurs.

As we move into the higher realms we experience more bliss and complete oneness with Unity and Love. This happens because the higher realms exist in this field of  PURE Love. To be able to feel this bliss we must work through all that does not serve us and discard all the ways we have learned that are out of alignment with who we really are.

As we evolve we have more access to everything in every reality. This is our future and what we are striving for.

Happy Fall Equinox Beloveds,

The energy of the Equinox started arriving 2 days ago. Remember the Equinox energy can run 10 days before to 10 days after the actual date of the Equinox of September 22. The symptoms of the portal opening have been intense hunger and intense dreams. We have also experienced very blissful feelings coming in. These can all signal portal openings. There are many signals and these are just a few of them. I and many in my family have felt intense hunger like we could not get enough to eat the past few days. It has been crazy! Also many are having very intense dreams and astral travels, this also signifies changes in timelines and intense energy coming in. The dreams are so deep, there is no way not to notice them.

The time lines are doing more splitting and looping as we move further into 2017. The recent rash of hurricanes and earthquakes are a sign of this as well as the recent geomagnetic storms and flares. These can all work in combination with each other to produce new timelines for us.

Notice as the hurricanes and earthquakes arrive, they many times occur in clusters, meaning many happening at the same time. This is what has happened recently with Hurricane Irma, Jose, Maria as well as big quakes in Mexico ( 2 in a few days time), Japan, Vanatu and New Zealand. This happens because old timelines collapse and the energy that is produced from these collapsing timelines needs to have a release. Contrary to what some might believe this is not the work of the cabal but instead new timelines being created.

Energy never dies it just transforms. As these new timelines take hold, humans have a chance to evolve themselves even further into the Galactic realms. This is obvious as to the Huge evolvement of the spiritual community since 2012. There are many that have worked to evolve themselves within each of these timelines that have appeared. This is the key, to take the timeline upgrades, work with them and evolve yourself as far as you can.  You will notice new thoughts and new ways of being appearing for you to work with. These are your signs to grab onto the timelines and evolve yourself.

The Mandela affect has been crazy recently with so many celebrity deaths. There is almost a new celebrity death each day that I know has died at least a few times before. This is also an indication of new timelines taking place. I call this timeline looping. The timelines are looping back and forth until the best one can be chosen. This will continue for some time and has sped up immensely in the last few years.

We do not exist in a fixed reality, rather a fluid one. The more the consciousness is raised on the planet, the more people will feel the affects of these looping timelines and will understand for themselves what is taking place. This will shatter their illusions that were programmed into them from the past that reality is fixed and solid. It is not. All dimensions butt up against others and are affected by others. This is why some of us who are mediums have access to others loved ones who have passed in other dimensions. As well as being able to see ETs and have access to messages from other dimensions. Many more now are understanding this and able to contact their own loved ones who have passed. This in itself produces a huge shift in consciousness when we realize there is no death, just a change in consciousness.

As many of you know I went to Asheville, NC before Hurricane Irma to compare the Vortex Energy with Sedona Energy. We ended up being delayed there when Irma struck giving us more time to check out the energy of the city and surrounding areas.

I have made many trips to Sedona over the years staying for weeks at a time and even living there for one full year in 2003/2004 before it became so widely recognized as an energy center. I was called at that time to go there just as this time I was called to see what energy existed in Asheville. I have also been to Mt. Shasta having visited there many years ago. I have also visited many vortex locations in others states and Europe.

Asheville has an energy that is very subtle and I what I would describe as  Divine Feminine because it is not an ‘in your face’ energy like Sedona. Mt. Shasta also has this energy of a subtle mountain energy that grows on you over time.

 

 

I was supposed to be in Asheville just a few days to check the energy out but this is not what the Universe wanted. It wanted me to stay longer and experience the many things I could not have experienced just after a few days. I would also recommend this to others planning a trip there, make it for longer than shorter so the full energy can sink in.

Driving into Asheville is a winding road that takes you curving up to over 2000 feet in elevation. Higher elevations are known for producing more spiritual effects within the consciousness when the person is evolved to be able to access these and recognize them when they occur. The many mountain ranges surrounding Asheville can be close to 7000 feet in elevation. There are mountains surrounding the entire town which makes it a majestic experience.

The spiritual energy in Asheville is subtle and has a way of growing on you. All the vortexes are located within the mountains that are close by, within 30 minutes to a few hours. The energy tends to build the longer one is there. Once leaving it calls you back. This is the case with many higher energy locations.

 

The following experiences I had were very unique to Asheville. I have many psychic and paranormal experiences and they are all unique including these. No two experiences are ever the same. What I feel and the experiences I have are based on my experiences as a psychic clairvoyant, this may not be what everyone experiences.

When I was there I had many instances of seeing BOLD Auras around people. These were very bright and would pop in when I was talking to the person.  I see auras but never so bright, blunt and long lasting. It’s a little distracting to talk to strangers with a bright halo surround their face of different colors. This happened quite a few times while there while talking to others at restaurants and shops. One persons aura was bright purple and covered the whole outline of her face. I blinked my eyes repeatedly because as I said I see auras but not like this. One other was bright blue and the colors were something out of this dimension. Too bight and bold to be seen in this reality.

Another time we stopped at a restaurant in Asheville and when we were about to go inside, I had a feeling that we should go somewhere else because I saw an electrical outage occurring. We decided to go in anyway, and as soon as we went in, the lights started flickering, but they were able to take care of it quickly and we had a great meal. The waitress told us this had been happening off and on all day.

These clairvoyant experiences were so easy. It took no effort on my part to tune into anything. It was refreshing to have these kind of psychic experiences and have them flow through me with no effort on my part.

A separate occasion my daughter was on the internet and we were discussing Irma. She was telling me how they were no longer selling gas in gas cans and we both looked at each other shocked as to why. Remember we had been out of the hurricane zone for days by then. I told her it must be because people were taking them and gouging the price of gas to sell to others. The minute I said this she refreshed the page and that is exactly what it said. Now I have never heard of anyone doing this before, it was just told to me from the higher realms after she told me the story of what was going on. This is effortless psychic tuning in when this occurs and it is amazing when it happens.

The energy of Asheville grew stronger the longer I was there as opposed to the energy of Sedona which is ‘in your face’ energy the moment of hitting the city limits as we have always experienced. Sedona energy is all inclusive for me the minute I come into the city limits.

In Sedona there are 7 main vortexes while in Asheville there are 24. Some of the vortexes we went to while there were, Sliding Rock, Looking Glass Falls, Mount Mitchell, Mount Pisgah and Black Mountain.

If you get to go to Asheville, check out some of the other places we didn’t get to go to like Max Patch, Craggy Falls on Mount Mitchell.  In Sedona it is easy to access the vortexes they are all around the city. In Asheville the vortex energy is further into the mountains and takes a longer drive outside of Asheville to get there, but they are very worth the drive. Very secluded and peaceful.

 

The energy of both places is great. It just depends on what kind of energy someone is looking for and what they can feel. This aspect is very important because the higher someone vibration is the more they will be able to feel and access in other dimensions.

In Sedona I can feel the energy just driving into the city. Then upon going to each vortex point we felt a different energy. In Asheville there is an overall subtle feeling that takes a while to settle in and grew stronger the longer I was there. Yet as I said psychic clairvoyant experiences flowed smoothly with no effort for me.

Some of the great features of Asheville include, the downtown area, the music playing downtown everywhere, dogs are allowed almost everywhere, including grocery stores, there is a huge drum circle on the weekends downtown where kids are allowed and it’s amazing to watch and take part in.  The drums are heard throughout the entire city and people gather in all places outside for socializing. The fantastic restaurants, the family friendly atmosphere, the eclectic attitude, local artists  and  southern charm are all something very attractive about Asheville.  There are many unique restaurants that cater to vegan and gluten free clientele, this was a real treat for me since in most other location this aspect is limited.  The downtown area has sections where it very much reminded me of NY with its alleyways, restaurants and brick design.

I will write another article soon on Sedona Energy and all of my psychic experiences there which are many since I also lived there. I am sure for me it would be the same in Asheville if I spent more time there or lived there.

Two Days of solar winds are increasing bringing Geomagnetic Storms upgrading our DNA activations to our Light Body. Some of the symptoms you may be feeling are difficulty sleeping, headaches, extreme thirst and extreme hunger. I have noticed some on edge and this always comes with the upgrades. I felt nausea and an out of body feeling last night when these storms started. Since I do not get nausea from out of no where, I will always know these energy sensations and symptoms are coming from an outside source. 

Just after the eclipse we had a period of days of Geo Storms mixed with the Eclipse Energy. When this happens it can be difficult for many  to tell which energy is coming from which source. Most of the energy during that time came from the Geo storms with an overlay of Eclipse Energy.

The Eclipse Energy has been one of Extreme insights into all aspects of our lives and since this was centered on the USA, this will also factor in as I discussed in my Eclipse interview with Charlotte View. This energy has been very powerful even after the eclipse and will continue as an overlay. The eclipse has made us take a closer look at ourselves and the others we surround ourselves with. It has made us review our life choices many times over. All of this continues through the Equinox.

The Eclipse Gateway continues until the Equinox of September 22 and these energies will again be mixed. If geo storms continue or occur during this time, this energy will also factor in. The Energy of the Equinox can occur 10 days before and 10 days after the event has taken place. Solar Wind Increases Causing Intense GeoStorm Spike While Still in the Eclipse Gateway Leading to Equinox Portal

Today Solar wind  has increased causing an Intense Spike in GeoStorms. This is happening while we are still in the Eclipse Gateway and headed for the Equinox Gateway soon.

Last night I experienced Intense crown chakra activations around the crown of my head. This will feel like tingles and goosebumps on the crown chakra. I went online last night to see if any geostorms had picked up and they had not although I felt they were coming. Then this morning I checked again and Intense Spikes had occurred. This was a Precognition knowing BEFORE the storms had started. This has happened to me many times in the past and I have written about it in my articles. Pay attention to any out of the ordinary sensations and then look for confirmation they may be occurring.

We will ALWAYS need to be Super tuned into energy to feel these things upgraded ENERGIES occurring. When we are tuned in, we know when the upgrades are about to occur because we can feel them ahead of time.

The first step in the evolution of Woman/Man kind is to be able to FEEL these energies when they are occurring. The energies can feel completely different from one time to the next depending on what stream of energy consciousness upgrades are taking place. It will get the point that you will know something is occurring because you have felt this way before. This is when you know you are making progress with the Energies. Although the energies can change, many times they will stay the same depending on what kind of energy is coming in and for what purpose.

 

REMEMBER FEELINGS ARE NOT HONORED IN THE 3D WORLD, YET IN THE HIGHER DIMENSIONS FEELINGS ARE EVERYTHING

 

One way to know you are making progress in Ascension is when you have honored your feelings enough to put them first and foremost ALL the time. They are the Gateway to the higher realms.

This week in the gateway many psychic occurences have taken place for me. There are usually too many for me to talk about all the time but I do mention them when they pick up or they are unusual.

I have seen many spirit animals around my feet for the past two weeks.I can just make them out and then they are gone. This is very common for the spirit world as they can not hold this frequency long in this dense dimension.

I have also seen an entry point to another dimension in my bedroom. I will talk about this more in an upcoming article as I will need to go into a LOT more detail to explain what it was and the importance of it. Just know it occurred in this very important gateway we are in between eclipses.

Geostorms can cause many symptoms that come in during the time of the Storms. Look for not sleeping well even though fatigued, needing extra water, blurry vision and hot flashes. These are only a few of the things that can occur during the DNA upgrades.

These last few days I have been super hungry and this is not related to the geo storms but instead the Eclipse Gateway. Timeline slips the past few weeks also taking place where I have completely lost sense of days as well as time changes perceived as time speeding up. We are still being upgraded in this gateway each and every day. Once this gateway closes a new gateway opens the Equinox gateway between the Eclipse and the September 22 Equinox.

Remember during any high energy surge, we must ground, drink extra water and pay very close attention to how we FEEL. Paying very close attention to feelings may be very hard for those still immersed in the 3D way of life, yet this is the pathway to Higher Consciousness. This is the Portal to 12D and all things PSYCHIC. Psychic abilities are the pathway to Ascension and the higher dimensions.

Blessings Beloveds, 

We have just  entered the Gateway of the Eclipses yesterday as well as Opening of the Lions Gate Portal 8/8 today. The Eclipse Gateway lasts from August 7 to August 21st. The Lions Gate closes August 12th.

Both of these special gateways offer many upgrades to those that are ready to add them to our DNA Upgrades ongoing collection. 

 

Lions Gate

The Lions Gate opening pulls Sirius closer to us and in doing so gives us more insight into our galactic heritage of the Sirian Race which many of us are a part of. The Sirians are brave warriors, having been in many galactic wars fighting for their own freedom and the freedom of other races including the human race. This is echoed on Earth as we too fight for our freedom from the many centuries of dark influences. This freedom comes at a price and only through our own individual awakening. With new freedom comes the loss of what was and even though the past was limited in many ways, many adapted to this limited way of life. Letting this go requires a dying off the old self while the new self takes hold. This will happen through the rest of 2017 as we let go of the past and embrace what IS in the moment of NOW. Freedom comes as one of the most Important aspects to our Ascension Transition.

Those with more Sirian Heritage will be asked to partake more in the upcoming changes that are occurring on the planet as we invoke more light and transmute more darkness into LIGHT. This warrior attitude is called for and needed in the coming future of planet Earth. If you are called you will know it for you will not be able to ignore the call for FREEDOM from oppression.

The opening of the Third EYE is a strong influence with Lions gate, so watch for psychic happenings and occurrences. They are already underway and especially today as we are being upgraded in our psychic awareness. I have been seeing many things and beings moving all over my house, much more than usual. Also you may now see more light flashes and blue lights/sword like especially associated with the Sirian Influences. You may also feel even more connected to dolphins and whales as they too are highly connected to the Sirians. This opening has brought in high energy connected to the Spirit worlds of Bliss and the Creator. Look for more of this to come in.

The Sirius Star System and Sirians are highly linked to the spiritual world and highly evolved.  In many cultures including native american cultures Sirius was refereed to as the Dog star. In Egypt Sirius was known as the dog god Anubis who was associated as the guardian of the death and transformation realm. Sirians are highly evolved in all realms of light.

Eclipse Gateway of Light

The Eclipse Gateway is all about revealing the shadow side of us individually and collectively. As the shadow side is revealed more light can then come in and takes it’s place. The shadow side will need to be healed for this process to take place, only then can the darkness be cast out and thrown out as it is not needed in Dimensions 5 through 12 and above.

Through this Gateway our authentic selves will be brought to the surface for us to merge with. For those not ready their own unseen worlds will be brought up again and again until the adaption process of holding more light occurs. As we move through this gateway many insights about who we really are will come up for everyone to process and adapt to. Do not resist these processes as they occur, become the observer and work through this new way of being and come out the other side a brand new inter dimensional human.

Both Gateways are now open and we are traversing both at the same time. Accept the new energy as it comes in and process what needs to the processed when it comes in. Do not put it off or think it can be done another day. When these energies arrive the inner world of spiritual progress then needs attention.

We now have Geomagnetic Storms that have arrived along with increased Solar Wind. Solar wind is now over 700 and rising. These storms can and are effecting our sleep patterns. You may find yourself asleep for a few hours needing to get up and then after a few hours up going back to sleep again. Intense dreams usually accompany these storms We had a few high energy days before these storms hit and today was a very low energy day. Today was the exact opposite as the storms came and it seemed impossible to get anything done. You may find others mood changing when these storms occur as many get crabby and short tempered. When this happens revert back to your sacred space and rebalance your energy before going back out. Remember to drink lots of water during these times of Geo storms, Energy Increases, Fluctuations and ground daily.

The first eclipse is coming August 7th and this will create a GATEWAY for the BIG  Total Eclipse of August 21st. I will be doing my next interview August 7th with Charlotte View Discussing this Eclipse Gateway we are just about to enter into. You can find the link to this show here. The first Eclipse is the partial LUNAR Eclipse on August 7th entering the gateway. The Second Eclipse is a TOTAL SOLAR Eclipse on August 21st which completes this gateway and more. I will be discussing this in more detail in my upcoming interview.

We have been in the middle of  the Lions Gates Energy and now entering Geo Storms which brings a new level of Frequencies in for us to navigate through. During these times you may have many more insights into your own life and be able to now work through issues you were not able to before. You may now be able to see things about yourself and others, not seen before. Be open to the information streaming in and do not let the EGO get the best of you. We need to be able to work through these issues to EVOLVE past this dimension, time and space. We need to release this baggage we have carried for so long. The way to do this is to stay connected to the Universe and the Universe will show you the way. It will many times happens through others. This is the case because we have made sacred contracts with other souls before coming here to TRIGGER us into higher awareness. These can be friends, family, twin flames, soul mates or even strangers to us here. Be on the look out for these experiences and make the best of them when they appear.

A wave of energy came in today of Uncertainty and Anxiety (Friday June 30th.) I felt it about 5pm EDT time. It did not last long for me, about an hour. This wave asked us to question ourselves on everything we already know is True and everything we know is false. This wave asked you to again reaffirm your commitment to the Ascension Process and raise your consciousness to the higher possible level.

This wave brought in anxiety along with it which is heightened fear. These waves were fine in 2010 when we were just getting our Ascension Sea Legs but we are past them now. Most of us who have been in the shifting process a long time no longer need these purging waves. Yet they can still be felt.

When these type of Waves come in we need to step back and become the observer and observe the FEELINGS that come up WITHOUT emotionally attaching to them. I can not Stress this enough. Any emotional attachment to these waves prolongs them and invites them into your consiousness. We need to observe them, Say to ourselves, “I don’t resonate with this now” and let it go.

These are last remnants of PURGING waves that will help the ones that still need purging. But many of us have long moved past this need. For those NEW to the ascension process you might need to look deeper into this energy to see what changes you need to make within yourself. For those of us who have been in the Ascension process for decades now we do not need to identify or look at these waves except as an observer.

Each being will know how far they are along in the Ascension process based on what they feel. The goal is to FEEL every wave that comes in when it comes in. This does not mean everyone will feel every wave at the same time. It will depend on your level of frequency what is felt and when. Groups of similar frequency generally feel the same thing at the same time or within a few days of each other.

We will never OUTGROW feelings or energetic influences. It doesn’t matter what level of consciousness we have reached. Feelings go with us no matter what realm we exist in. Being tuned into energy heightens these feelings and then we can understand more about how the Universe and Creator works through these energy upgrades.

We want to feel the ENERGY now of Bliss and Light and so this becomes our expectation. The other waves can come and go but we will not put our energy into them when we have moved past them.

As we moved into OUR Authentic Light during the Solstice Gateway  taking us to The Total Solar Eclipse on August 21st. we will feel more waves of every variety and kind. As we become more authentic we will know what wave we need and what wave is no longer needed for us.

Our authenticity will tell us what to do in every situation that arises. As I have moved into this GRID of elevated Authenticity things became much easier, lighter and brighter. There is no wobbling of any kind on any front. Ascension does improve with time, more bliss and the authentic self makes the Upgrades much easier and smoother to deal with.

This entire message is LIGHT encoded to bring you relief if you are struggling with the Ascension process. As you read it relax and sit back in a calming way for it to regenerate your cells into PURE LIGHT Consciousness.

We have some fantastic news to report. We are still in the GATEWAY of the Solstice Energy. Remember the Solstice can last up to 10 days before and after the actual event takes place. In this case with the Solar Eclipse arriving in August it will last much longer. This becomes a Gateway unto itself lasting through the Total Solar Eclipse of August 21st.

The PORTAL to Ascension is ONLY through the Portal to our Authentic Consciousness. 

The Gateway that has been occurring and will continue to occur is all about returning to OUR 12D authentic multidimensional being that existed before coming into this Earth Plane. This is Happening NOW. We are transforming back into this LIGHT BEING. You may all remember my previous post about how this is occurring by retrieving lost Soul fragments.

As we step into this plane of higher existence, we have no choice but to embody our TRUE self. If you do not know who your true self is, it is the child you were before the baggage of others came along to influence, program and condition us away from our innocence of the Higher realms we just came from. We are now speedily returning to this innocent way of being. YES this is a big deal. One of the biggest changes to happen to us YET.

You will find in the beginning of your journey into your true self, glimpses of authentic self appearing to you in short spurts. This journey started for me last August and I remember how it came in. It came in with an edge through an ENERGY Wave which I posted an article about. It had an edge but it was also a gentle wave. I  knew this was the beginning OF OUR JOURNEY HOME. Each WAVE we have experienced since this time has brought us closer to our genuine being and 12D crystalline core consciousness.

The Solstice Gateway has not been gentle in this regard. We are being pushed and shoved to make the change over to our 12D authentic embodiment. The higher dimensional embodiment is the childlike innocence- meaning a clear vessel we came in to this reality with along with the capabilities of traveling into the higher realms of 12D and above.

When you embody this new being within yourself, you will feel lighter as if a HUGE weight as has been lifted off your shoulders. You will feel childlike as if everything and anything is NOW possible. You will feel joy, bliss, love,  happiness and contentment.

Look for this to come in short spurts because once again we our bodies and consciousness CAN not take on too much at one time. We as humans becoming Galactics have to go about transformations in stages and the more gentle the better. The galactics which are helping us with this transformation- know this. They know the gentle side to the human race.

The Pleiadians working with the Creator are the ones calling all the shots in this area of giving help to us through these waves we feel as they enter our consciousness.

When you first feel this activation, notice it and then act on it. Act your authentic self as long as you can. Feel the waves of lightness wash over you. You may feel giddy and other worldly. Try to bathe in this light when it comes in, this way you recognize it the next time and can hang on longer to this feeling. In the beginning it will come in short spurts which then start to last longer and longer over time. Eventually we will transform completely into this NEW Being.

To feel these activations as they come in and make progress with them means embracing the upgrades and understanding they are bring us higher vibrational upgrades to embody our authentic self. Here are some ways to embrace these changes in the Ascension Process:

You must be prepared and have the desire to make the change to a Higher State of Being. This means you are ready to move into the next realm of existence along with the Crystalline Earth.

You must be prepared to leave the 3D world behind. Yes this means all of 3D, you must be prepared to enter a NEW Crystalline World that we are creating.

You must be able to put your FEELINGS above everything else. Feelings in the 3D world are routinely discarded and judged by the conditioned as worthless. Yet feelings are the GPS of the Soul and the most important thing we possess. These feelings are Divinely aligned with the Ascension process, as we know to be fully authentic we must be fully in touch with our feelings.

You must take Divinely inspired action based on those feelings. You must be prepared to take action when needed to move into the higher realms of Consciousness.

You must trust that the Universe has your highest intentions in all things. Even if it looks like this is not happening it actually is. The Universe many times takes us down long and winding roads to get to our destinations.

You must be fully invested in the Ascension process. This means Ascension is not a part time hobby, it is what your life is all about.

You must have done the inner work on yourself to rid yourself of programming, conditioning and illusions. This is very important because all beings have been conditioned.

You must be actively searching for the TRUTH. Everyday you must make progress in the search for what is TRUTH and what is not. UNTRUTHS must be discarded other wise the consciousness gets confused about what is real and what is not. This stops REAL progress from taking place in the realm of higher consciousness.

Look for more high energy as we are now in the Solstice/ Solar Eclipse Gateway. Each day is a new day to pay attention to your feelings, be in the moment of NOW and feel those Energy Waves as they come in. They are here when they need to be which means, we must always be prepared.
