Quick Energy Update- Bliss Waves Arriving

Hello Beloved Soul Beings,

Last night we had a huge wave of Bliss come in that started around 10 pm EST. It lasted the entire night. I noticed just a few minutes ago it is coming in again at 7 pm EST. I have talked about the WAVES of Bliss many times in my updates, articles and guest appearances on radio shows. We can have waves of Bliss or waves of energy that include upgrades and downloads. Mostly the Waves of Bliss have always come in towards the evening hours. Watch for these after 9pm. Right now my eyes are also VERY blurry which can also be a sign of frequency shifts .

Many people ask me what they feel like. They are waves of Love that come in and when you are super tuned into energy the way I am they can be felt. These are the Waves of the higher dimensions of Love, Peace, Christ Consciousness and Overwhelming Acceptance of All things. I always feel beautiful Love for all things when these Waves come in. 

It is a wonderful feeling to be able to feel these as well as all the lows of the Ascension process. It is One big package and we must accept all the aspects of the shift to be able to keep moving forward.

As we progress in the Shift, more will be able to feel these Waves of Light and Love. This is an indication our LIGHT body is now being upgraded and prepared.

These back to back waves are a good sign we are on the verge of something Beautiful as they are getting closer together than ever before.

We are raising our vibration faster this year than any other year so far. It is a barrage of constant energy coming in to enlighten and awaken the masses out of their programming and conditioning.

Many ask me how they too can feel the Energy waves. It is all a matter of raising your own vibration high enough to connect with the higher realms of light. As we connect with the higher realms we also have a chance to connect with many other beings in the higher realms, for instance Star Beings.

The Energy has been increasing all year. As we move closer to the 5The dimension and higher frequencies we will experience more and more Bliss. Stay tuned for more!

Current Energy Report 5/20/16- Timeline Shifts

Dear Beautiful Soul Tribe,

A few nights ago I experienced a time warp of an hour. I looked at the clock and it was 8:30. The next thing I knew I was looking at the clock and it was exactly 9:30 an hour later. It took me some time to integrate what had taken place. This is not the first time by any means I have experienced missing time. I actually started having these events in childhood. Now with the shift happening they are becoming more pronounced and clear as to what is actually taking place.

At 8:30 when I looked at the clock I was checking the time to make dinner. Because of reasons I won’t go into here, I didn’t want to make dinner until 9:30. So low and behold the next thing I know it is 9:30. The time that was missing is blank, meaning I experienced nothing during this time.

What does this mean? It means I manifested that hour time jump myself because I did not want to wait the hour to make the dinner. This is happening more and more, instant manifestation and this is what it looks like. This is what it will look like for everyone in the future. This is really not far out there when we consider all the 5D and above things that are happening around the world at this time.

Time as we know it is leaving us. It is a 3D construct put in place so we can experience consequences to our actions and learn the lessons we need to learn in school house earth.

As we move to the higher realms we will no longer need this construct because there are no lessons to learn. There is just being, manifesting and enjoying the higher awareness life we are living in the higher realms.

The next night I also experienced a huge manifestation of an energy wave in real time when I was doing my most recent interview (I will attach my interview at the bottom of the article). While I was on the phone, all of the sudden the house shook from top to bottom. It was as if someone lifted the house up a few inches and dropped it down again.  The entire house was shaking. I was the only one home at the time so I am the only one to experience this odd wave of energy running through our house.

Normally the energy waves run through me, directly through my body, this time it went through the entire house !

The energy has been on an increase these past few months with no let up. Sone are feeling very fatigued dealing with the effects of the incoming energy. When we feel fatigued this is a sign of integration and we must honor and respect that as best we can. Go into your own sacred place and rest and relax. Send the world away to do this when needed, after all we are creating the NEW EARTH.

Many will start to deal with more paranormal activity as I do each and everyday. Some are already experiencing more than they are used to. No worries, this is all normal in the higher realms of awareness.

It is so important to stay out of fear and fear based ideologies. When something brings up fear or stress, move away from the person or the article. This is not the direction we want to go in at this time in the Ascension process. We are moving out of the 3D idea of fear and into the higher realms of bliss and love.

Many see me post about the bliss feeling that can come in  anytime but many times manifests after 9pm. This has replaced the lower fear based feeling. It can be very addictive and it is definitely something that is easy to get used to.

When the bliss waves come in they feel like pure magic. It feels like everything is right and everyone in the world is loved. This is the energy of the Creator as we reach the higher states of consciousness. If you have not felt this yet, work to get rid of fear and to raise your frequency to love and bliss.

These timeline shifts will many times bring along earth changes such as earth changes as in earthquakes, volcanoes, floods and extreme weather.

They can also bring in new timelines that we may think of as the same but they are actually different. The old timeline gets replaced by the new one and even though we might think things have alway been the way we remember them, they haven’t been. Some of us can remember the old timelines and how they really were.

Part of this timeline effect is called the Mandela effect, which is when a celebrity is alive but we know we have heard about their death in the past. It goes much further than this though that actual events from the past are being changed to accommodate the future timeline that is being created in the now.

How are these new timelines being created? They are being created by US as we reach higher states of awareness, we create better timelines and better outcomes to the worlds issues. This is a dream come true for all of us and it is happening now as we move into higher awareness within the conscious Universe. We will and are creating Paradise through our higher consciousness states of being.

You can experience some of the effects of these timeline shifts yourself when you have massive insights into how things should be on Beautiful planet Earth. We all know the planet is not being handled the way it should be. Not by anyone in power. We know that there are so much better ways to do things and to take care of everyone in the world. This can easily be done, with the right reality taking place. We are creating this now, as we realize we are powerful light beings that can change our future with our thoughts and desires.

We are creating the Paradise we always wanted now through the Ascension process. The Creator, our Star Friends and the consciousness of the Universe is guiding us and helping us along the way. We are on the right path, lets keep going !

April Psychic Energy Update

Beautiful Light Beings,

March energy downloads have been overwhelming to many and April brings no relief from the constant barrage of energy flooding the planet and us light beings, transforming each day into light body beings.

Some of the intense energy we have been dealing with:

Intense dreams
Anger
Sleep issue, too little or too much
Increased ringing in ears
Language issues/Memory issues
No sense of body
Headaches
Intense body heat
Vibrations on body
Anxiety
Intense thirst
Appetite changes

Many of these issues are hormonal changes through the endocrine system. To transform into a light body being we must first transform our hormonal structure. This can cause a myriad of issues including intense body heat as our molecules heat up to transform. Remember we are dealing with intense energy surges, as they move through and transform our human body into the 5D light body needed to traverse the multidimensional realms.

Many may be fluctuating between having too much energy and being severely fatigued. This again is due to the changes in the light body structure process. Take time and rest when you can, it is important to make ascension the priority now if you are able.

Increased loud ear ringing is due to the weakening of the magnetic shield that surrounds the Earth, which I have talked about in my previous articles. The weakening of the magnetic shield is due to the bird and fish die offs as the earths shield continues to decrease. These will continue and will go through cycles each time a new level is reached.

The natural frequency of the Earth is called the Schumann Resonance which connects to the natural frequency of the Human brain. The connection happens within the alpha and theta states (the creative and meditative consciousness). The Schumann Resonance can be affected by the weakening magnetic field of the Earth, which has been taking place for the past 2000 years. The weakening of this shield can lead to a magnetic pole reversal which happened approximately 788,000 years ago. Human brains are tied into magnetic frequencies just like birds and fish that use magnetics to navigate. Hence the bird and fish die offs of the past 5 years or so as the shield continues to weaken. The realigning of the Tampa Airport a few years back was a good indication of the changes taking place.

Many things that we are experiencing during the shift directly relate back to the weakening of the magnetic field and the ascension process connecting together through the Sun and Central Sun. The Suns send us light codes to continue to transform and regenerate our molecular structure. Everything is connected through this process as we continue our journey into the light body.

2016 will continue to be a high energy year full of upgraded energy, downloads and waves. We are entering the passage of downloads now that last longer and are more intense taking on qualities we have not seen before. This will continue through out this year and coming into high points during the Equinox, Solstices and Full moons. These are all high activational portals of activated consciousness to take place.

As we have now entered a NEW Vortex of high energy that we are now integrating, some of these energies may make a person feel that they are unbalanced and have completely lost it. This is how Intense these upgrades have been. You may have feelings of manic and the depression, similar to bipolar as our frequencies adjust to the New light transforming us.

As the downloads of energy are usually spread out, we have time between to relax and get back into balance. Sometimes though like recently in March this was not the case. We were hit with either a geo magnetic storm or an energy upgrade every few days ( no flares). This is what will occur in the future as well, more energy upgrades closer together and throwing us into integration even faster. Geo storms have now taken the place of flares since we are in a slow sun cycle.

Things are speeding up including time, so the ascension process is keeping up with this and moving us even faster to our goal of complete ascension into the light body state. This is state we can look forward to with complete multidimensionality.

Things to watch for this year going forward :

Earth Changes
Dark vs Light themes ( more extreme)
The time coming up to the Election ( this is a critical period energy wise)
Progress moving forward in human and animal rights

Things to focus on within oneself:

Develop psychic abilities and 5D abilities
Expand Consciousness
Confront Fear
Move into Happiness and Joy

These are all good goals to work on through the Ascension process as we become Multidimensional Creators. As Creators we have the responsibility to lead the path for others that will follow. All can join, for some it will take more time.

PSYCHIC UPDATE~EXPERIENCES OF THE EQUINOX AND THE ECLIPSES

Good Day Tribe of Love and Light,

This was a very powerful trio of energies that has come in for the month of March. I am foreseeing the June and December Solstices and the September Equinox to be just as powerful. Be prepared this year for some very high energy coming in consistently. 2016 is the year of Big changes coming for human kind. We are moving even faster now into the realms of 5D. Many of us exist there all the time now, seeing more, feeling more and knowing more. These are the psychic abilities that are now coming on board for everyone.

Soon the masses will start to experience psychic phenomenon and this is where someone like me will come into play. There may be fear when first getting these abilities, not knowing what they mean and what to do with them. This is why is it useful to seek  guidance and follow a reputable psychic ( someone like me ) or someone of your choosing 🙂 Be sure they are reputable, a real psychic does not tell you what you want to hear, they tell you what you need to hear to make progress 🙂 A real psychic is not unicorns and fairies they are about really guiding others to progress that lasts a lifetime.

Some of my and others experiences during this time of high intensity :

Extreme Tiredness

We feel like we want to sleep night and day. This is because we are integrating the new energies that are coming in and they take a huge toll on the body. It is not easy to change and upgrade DNA through the entire physical body and transform the body into the light body. Lucky for me I have seen many light bodies in various forms so I know what all of this means.

Ancient and Parallel Life Memories Surfacing

When I sit down to meditate or lay down to rest, I keep getting other realities that I have lived or are living at the same time coming into my awareness. These all make perfect sense at the time they are happening but when it is over, it is nothing like the reality in this place. This is ALL of my lives coming together within myself, all at once. Coming into complete alignment with who I really am. This is required for the ascension process, to be able to become complete with all of our past lives and current other lives in other realities coexisting at the same time.

Extreme Vibration in the Feet

My feet are vibrating 24/7 all day every day for the past 2 weeks or so. Remember every chakra will open up and vibrate, sometimes for months on end. Yes every one.:) We will also have other areas that vibrate that are being upgraded with new DNA which can include the feet, arms, legs, every area that needs a clearing and an upgrade.

Wobbly Feeling in the Legs

We are gaining new legs during this time. When getting up from sitting many times I felt like I had no legs at all. It felt like I was floating on air. This is an odd feeling in the beginning because it doesn’t even feel like the my legs are moving. Slowly it is happening more and more and now it does not feel so odd.

Giant Feeling 

Some have reported the giant feeling that I talked about experiencing years ago. For those that don’t remember, I woke up one morning and went to the kitchen sink to wash my hands. When I looked at them they were about 10 sizes bigger than they should be. This lasted about 5 minutes and then my hands went back to normal size. This is our light body expanding making way for all of our soul to fit into it. This may happen to many more now as they awaken and join the ascension party.

Seeing More Truth

This will be jarring for many as they jump into the higher realm awareness and see the truth that has been hidden from them. It is not easy to be faced with the truth when the illusion and overlay of the 3D world has been in place for so long. The dark aspects of society can no longer hide and they have been taking place for years. Remember the truth eventually always comes to the surface, it may take time but it always does. As more gain more dimensional awareness, more will be able to see the truth that has been in front of them all along but they didn’t want to see. It won’t be easy to see the agendas of the controllers and of others but this has to take place for enlightenment to occur. It may turn out to be the exact opposite of the 3D media spin and they will wonder why they didn’t realize it before. Don’t be hard on yourself when this occurs, it can only occur when enough awareness is reached in each person.

First Wavers 

Some of the things first wavers will experience will not be the same as the second wavers.  The first wavers have already been through many many experiences, many experiences are rare and not as well known.These are the ones I am usually talking about.

Second wavers might feel right now instant manifestation or synchronicity taking place, yet this was already passed years ago by forerunners of the ascension process. I will talk in another article about how to manifest for yourself because its much more than just instant manifestation taking place. There are many levels above that.

Layers 

Layers upon layers in each persons soul have to be looked at in the ascension process. Just when we have worked through one aspect of ourselves, another aspect that needs healing is shown to us. The layers will keep on coming for many years.

These layers is how we traverse the higher dimensions and how they open up for us. If we shut down and do not do the work involved in the layers that are shown, we can not move into the next level of enlightenment.

Look for these layers to open up as we are dealing with others. We may then see something about ourselves that seems out of alignment with who we really are. Then is the time to go into our sacred place and work this out within ourselves. How did we get this misalignment and how can we fix it.

We must first look to ourselves in the Ascension process and then reach outward for those that need guidance. We must study ourselves to find the answers. This is how we move dimensions, within ourselves. Our consciousness elevates first then the body with its DNA changes and activations catches up. We are not instantly manifesting, we are the manifestation itself in this creation we call reality.

Hello Beloved Souls,

March Madness is in full swing. To recap we have had non-stop energy coming in since the beginning of March and before. This energy is coming in to completely transform us and our bodies into Crystalline light bodies for the transformation into the 5th dimension and beyond. Many of us already exist consciously in these higher realms. The next step is to take our body with us and the transformation of the human body into the light body.

As you can see from the compilation of my recent posts and articles, this is the energy we have been dealing with non stop:

• Feb 23 to 29- all week we were involved with transmuting dark energy to light
• March 6 -geomagnetic storm
• March 3 through the 13- eclipse energies streaming propelling us to a new timeline
• March 15- geomagnetic storm
• March 17 -geomagnetic storm

We have been experiencing so many geomagnetic storms. This is highly unusual to have so many in a row. These storms can also bring us upgrades and transmutation into the light body (We have had no solar flares of any significance for months now). The geomagnetic storms are coming weekly now with new upgrades and DNA changes for the the embodiment of the light body.

Some of the symptoms of the geomagnetic storms we can experience are:

• Tingly head/crown chakra
• Issues with breathing
• Not being able to sleep
• Feeling light headed and disconnected from this reality
• Seeing more things from other dimensions
• Time warps
• Headaches

Time itself has been off for quite a while now. It started to really leave linear aspects in 2011. Time goes in and out of cycles in either moving too fast or moving too slow. We all know what regular time feels like. When you have been working on something for 15 minutes we know what that seems like. But when we work on something for an hour and we go to look at the clock and it says only 15 minutes have passed this is a time warp. This has nothing to do with whether we are enjoying the activity or not. It can happen the other way too, where time is dragged out. This is happening more and more as we build our light bodies and get closer to the higher dimensions. Remember there is NO time in the higher dimensions, so this only makes sense we would feel it as we make the transition. 🙂

We build our light bodies through DNA changes and upgrades. They can come in the form of Energy Waves, Energy shifts, Solar flares and Geomagnetic storms. All of these ways are different and unique unto themselves.

Waves

As a Wave and Energy expert I have felt every kind of energy change that exists and I feel them whenever the energy changes, even so slightly. Many people have asked me what does a Energy WAVE feel like. I can describe it a pulse that moves entirely through my body and consciousness. Sometimes this wave will last as much as 2 hours. I have been close to falling off a chair when these waves have come in. The waves have kept me trapped sometimes to one location. When the Waves come there are no flares and no geomagnetic storms. The Waves are NOT connected with space weather per se. The waves come in as upgrades from the Central Sun, the Photon Belt , the Creator and from our Cosmic Star family. There are many other symptoms I will get into in a later article.

Energy Shift

An energy change is again not associated with a flare or a geo magnetic storm. An energy change is when the energy or consciousness around us changes and causes a different energy to be present. This is not a wave in the fact that it does not move through the body in the same way. It hangs in the air and will cause us to start accepting the downloads that are coming in.

Flares

Flares typically give crown chakra activations (tingly head or helmet head) and are short lived. We might feel a flare and then it is gone. This can change according to how many come in and what strength.

Space Weather Overview

When we feel an energy change coming in, it helps to go somewhere so we can rule out if it is a flare or geomagnetic storm. These are space weather and very different from Waves and Energy shifts. I understand many won’t know the difference between all of these but now that I have explained them, it should help the wavers to sort things through themselves. I advise everyone if you feel any energy at all to go to spaceweather.com first and see for yourself if there are any flares or storms.

I will briefly give an overview of how to check the energy information for yourself 🙂 For flares just look at the section that says XRAY solar flares and look at the the “more data” section. A flare is not that relevant unless it is a M or X flare. There are always lower class flares ( B or C) going on and that is nothing special. For geomagnetic storms (disturbance in the magnetic field around the earth) check the section that says Planetary K index and click “more data” If it says storm that means there is unsettled weather in progress. When you click the link you will see a graph with lines of different colors.

• The green is calm
• The yellow means starting to storm
• The red line is a full blown storm in progress

There are many things that happen on the sun and not all of them will lead to energy changes on the earth. If a CME ( coronal mass ejection) is not earth directed then we will most likely not feel much from it. If there is an explosion on the sun this does not mean we will feel anything or any flares will come from that. To be empowered in knowledge is to have a better understanding of what equals what in the form of energy. To connect the dots is an empowering tool that can be used by many.

March Overview

The month of March so far has been filled with energy upgrades and transformations. So many huge insights have come through for many light beings. This is necessary because the reality of 3D needs to now change fast and is changing. The darkness is leaving as we transmute the energy into light. We build our light bodies each time more darkness leaves. The new timelines then have an easier time to come in, integrate and anchor themselves in. As we jump the timelines to 5D, so does the earth. The earth is our chariot to the new golden earth that awaits us.

We will be seeing more energy changes, more light body building and more transmuting of dark energies all this month. Thank you again to all of your service all the thousands of light servers across the planet that serve the light. You shine bright to help transmit all things to light and love. This is why we have made the progress we have. Even though it has been difficult at times, hang in there-> we are strong for each other. Our unique energies are needed and help to serve others to get through this process. Some are just starting the ascension process and they will need extra help 🙂

We entered a new timeline through the energies of the Eclipse on March 8/9 as I said in my last article. We are now sealing and entwining this energy with the March 20 Equinox and the next Lunar Eclipse on March 23. These energies all work in harmony together to bring us the needed changes of the light body to be able to go further into the 5th dimension, consciously and physically. By December and through the winter Solstice the world will no longer seem the same as it does now, so much will have changed.

We are creating the changes now. We are all involved in this process of moving to the higher realms of light. Each day brings a new day to transform, ascend and come closer to our Creator and Christ Consciousness. We are bring this beautiful creation of LOVE to 3D so we can transmute it into 5D of heavenly cities of light.

Keep focusing on the change we want to happen and leave the distractions for others. Ascension requires a lot of our attention to manifest the reality we desire. We are given this gift in this lifetime, what a beautiful journey are on together 🙂

We Have Entered A New Timeline Through The Eclipse Energy

Welcome Beloved Light Beings,

The Eclipse on March 8/9 was one of the most powerful eclipses I can remember. The energy started coming in a full week before and has continued through today March 12. I am finally getting some relief today from the energy surges that just keep on coming. Many have experienced one day of fatigue and then the next day, a day of being wired up. A feeling like electricity is running through their veins. I have experienced this same thing and more so, the wired up feeling for days on end. I was able to get some sleep last night but this entire week I got little more than a few hours each night. We had some times of complete helplessness as the energies flowed in. It may compare to restless leg syndrome as the energies ran through the body with lightening speed. The vibration of the planet has now lifted. We are the conduits for this energy to flow. I am grateful for all the service from others in this Ascension process.

This ecslipe has caused a huge upgrade in our light bodies and with that taking place our bodies may have run out of gas on many levels on many days. Please check your intake of vitamins and minerals during this time, including adding superfoods to your diet. This would be foods that have a super punch of natural healthy energy for the body with combing many vitamins and minerals in the same food. Make sure your levels are up to speed on Calcium, Iron, Vit D and Magnesium. I recently gave up regular dairy for alternatives and it has been my own adventure to replace the needed vitamins and minerals.

Our LIGHT BODY went through major changes in this time line and we have started to come out on the other side. The DNA changes to the light body can be rough and we can experience times where we need to regroup and make sure all of our 3D aspects are being taken care of to make the light body process as smooth as we can.

The eclipse carried so many upgrades and new insights with it just as I talked about in my article before the eclipse. We have NOW emerged a brand new being of light in a new timeline.

Do you notice yourself thinking: Why did I do this ( Insert your own experience) in the past when I should have just done this, it would have been more self loving and so much easier. This is the new timeline we have stepped into. We now have a much larger 5D and above reality to be able to see all the aspects to a situation that we were unable to see before.

The first wavers have had this especially difficult as we are the path forgers of the new light that is coming in. We are the first to see new things and to be able to connect the dots to what it all means. Keep working this through, you will see the connections and this is the level and pathway to the higher realms.

We will now be seeing more transparency in all things. We can now see the reasons others behave and act the way they do. We can see the motivations and agendas behind what they do and what they say. This is a very important psychic aspect that should not be overlooked. For our own self love, it is vital that we are aware of what is going on with others we let into our circle.

Staying in your heart base it is easy to see between what someone says and who they really are. The goal is to tap into your heart during every encounter, so you can pick up more psychic information about the person. This will give you insight into who they really are. But with that we also need to set boundaries, our circle may become smaller and that is ok, like minded others are the key to keeping vibrations high.

You can now tap into your own authentic soul essence, this is what the light body is. The light body hides nothing from anyone, all that is true is revealed. This is the true way of being in the higher realms. This transparency is now being delivered to each one of us as we move more fully into the light body design.

Now more than EVER before we move into our Pure authentic soul self, the one that we have spent many lifetimes with before, the one that knows much more than we do and the one who loves us unconditionally. To love ourselves in this reality is the work of authentic spiritual masters.

As we head into the next energy waves of the Equinox on March 20th and the Lunar Eclipse on March 23, we must be aware we are already integrating the HUGE light body surges we have just gone through.

If you can clear your calendar at all for those days, it would be a self loving thing to soak in the energies and spend time aligning with the Universe on these sacred days approaching. Meditation, light foods, grounding and aligning chakras are good practices to get into, especially during times of high upgrades. March will be a month of HIGH Energy and many surges. We must acknowledge this energy and welcome the upgrades as they come in. There are other things that help, I will talk about this later:)

We now can look at all beings compassionately, for they are trying to make their way just as everyone else is. The difference between a fear based life and a self loving based life is miles apart. The fear based being seeks to control and have power over others, the self loving master seeks to understand others unique essence and appreciate each person for their contribution to this beautiful Universe we inhabit.

It is only a matter of time until these energies hit everyone on the planet and they have no choice but to integrate them into their lives. We will see this first hand and it will be a time of rejoicing. Great changes are just ahead. 🙂

Eclipse Energies Coming in Now..  Psychic/Energy Report

Toal Solar Eclipse March 8th, 9th

The past few days the energy has been intense with the Eclipse energies streaming in before the Eclipse gets here. This is actually very common for the Eclipses, Full Moons and Equinox and Solstices energy. The energy can come in up to ten days before and after the event.

We also experienced a strong geomagnetic storm last night brought on by streaming solar winds. This storm though seemingly came out of nowhere and developed quickly to gain high intensity.

Some of the symptoms you may be experiencing :

• Overly Tired
• Issues with sleep/Sleeping too much or Not sleeping
• Foggy Brained
• Intense Feeling of Being Connected
• Heightened Psychic Awareness
• Feeling Wired up at Times
• Intense Dreams with Visitations
• Massive Insights
• Dizzy

During these times of high energy, we are much more connected to the Universe. You may see more and get more messages while in meditation. You may feel a strong pull to get into nature and merge to become one with all that is.

One of the key aspects to what has been taking place with this NEW eclipse energy coming in is we are being called to be our authentic selves. This may include major life changes.

What made us happy before may not be enough anymore. We may be feeling the need to branch out and fly free. We don’t want to be encumbered by anyone else’s rules anymore.

What served us in the past is not serving us now. Now is the time to spread our wings and fly. Do not be afraid to make changes now, it is time to be who you really are. The calling is strong and will not be stopped. The more in tune with who we are the more the light body process can flow smoothly in the ascension process.

We may be more sociable now if that is our true nature. We may feel the intense pull to be with others that are like minded and form groups to discuss what is happening energetically.

Compassion is also a key factor. We can now look at others and have intense understanding of what they are going through. As empaths, we have always had this ability but now it is heightened. For those non empaths they may be surprised at the new feelings coming up regarding others.

This will include our pets and any animals we may see or interact with. We may feel so much compassion for them, it may become overwhelming at times.

Nature also holds a renewed strong interest. We will want to get out and explore the trees and wind to merge again with this Divine Creator Energy. We may feel intensely connected to Gaia and feel her energy and hear her speak to us. We may hear the trees and wind speak. Do not worry, this is all natural, psychically.

With this eclipse comes empowerment. Empowerment to change our lives, change society and change reality to what we desire. Use this energy through the eclipse to manifest and fortify the positive changes you want to make in your life. The Universe works with us the more connected we are to her to make  these changes and take action for ourselves.

There is a grassroots societal change taking place now. It has just started. This will grow and expand in the coming months and through this year. The population is now starting to finally see through the illusions that have been built up around them for so many years. Many are now prepared to take action and make the changes needed that will benefit all of Human kind and all the kingdoms on earth human, plant and animal.

The galactics support all action taken on behalf of oneselves and to the betterment of others and our beautiful planet. They too are looking out for earth and its welfare. They too do not want to see destruction on the planet. When we merge with caring for our planet we also merge with our Cosmic family. They watch and know what goes on in our reality. They have stopped much destruction already and have a close eye on what is taking place.

This is a wonderful month with so many NEW energies appearing for us and integrating into us. Many feel something new is on its way and it is. Our true selves are emerging each day and calling to us. When we make the changes we need to make, the NEW REALITY  OF 5D  and above is that much closer to us. We are creating and manifesting it for ourselves. 🙂

ENERGY UPDATE 3/1/16 ~WE ARE RAISING FREQUENCIES BY ELIMINATING LOWER REALMS OF ENERGY

Good Day Beloved Beings of Light ,

For the last week we have been removing the lower realms of darkness and transmuting these energies. This is by far not the first time we have done this in the Ascension process. It has happened over and over again and I have always reported on it when it happens. I like to keep everyone informed so they know why they are feeling the way they are. Many would have no idea what is really going on with so many conflicting reports and information out there. Thank you all light beings for sharing all of your experiences with me through private messages and email through this website. It is always stunning to me how many of us can be experiencing things at the same time. Those of a similar vibration will experience the upgrades at the same time. Many who are new to ascension are just now going through the initiation phase.

Be sure when you read information about ascension and energy you are resonating with what is being said. As more and more get involved with the ascension process, there will be more contributing but the issue is many of these new contributors are new to the process and do not have the background of experiences that it takes to connect the dots or fully understand the process. With all the information coming in now I can see where it would be confusing to many. Years ago it seemed like only a handful of us were writing about what was happening in the shift.

Why do we need to transmit the old and dark energies? Because as we embrace more light coming in, the dark must go somewhere and part of our purpose for being here at this time is to transmute the energy system of the dark and purge it. Everything is energy and it never dies, so it must be transmuted and turned into light. This is why we are here. Even though this is not easy, we have volunteered for this very important task.

As the light permeates more beings on this beautiful planet, more darkness can be transmuted. This darkness comes from thousands of years of stagnate energy that has had nowhere to go until now. When we band together in the ascension process, we are an unstoppable team. Gratefulness and love to all team members now involved in this experience.

All of last week this energy came in leading some to experience:

• Extreme fatigue
• Headaches
• Muscles aches and pains
• Neck and back pains
• Depression
• A feeling it is all too much
• Getting sick with the flu
• Intense dreams ( still here)

The first day of the energy lifting and feeling better was the 28th. I had energy again and the world was bright and cherry again. I felt motivated to get things done. Then yesterday the 29th, there was still some residue of the dark energy coming back in again. then again today the energy cleared. This is common the feeling of going back and forth to clean up energy from the past.

For those of us that have been in this process for many years, this is nothing new. Yet for those just entering the ascension process the last few years may not understand what is happening to them. It always pays to check in to see what is going on.

The symptoms of ascension have changed greatly over the years. With the full ascension symptoms kicking in to an extreme degree 5 years or more ago, many of us have been through the gamet of symptoms and many new to the process have not had or are not aware of.

With so many questions being asked I can only answer a few personally that come in.  I will be adding more to my articles and my Facebook page as it helps everyone for me to answer what may be happening to more than one. One of the symptoms a follower of mine asked me through email about was:

” a sense of feeling bigger or taller”

I have talked about this before and my experience of this same phenomenon. In 2012 I had an experience where I had been sleeping and I woke up and went into the kitchen to wash my hands. My hands appeared about ten times their normal size. I was shocked ( of course) and stood there stunned my hands appeared so large.!!! Slowly over the next 5 minutes they shrank down to normal size. Since this time many have asked me what does this mean and signify in the ascension process.

This is our light body expanding out far beyond our physical body. Our light body is not the same size as our physical body, it is much much bigger. So what my follower felt and what I saw was an indication of this process.

Why was I shown this? So I could inform others during this process of what things mean and what they signify. My ascension helpers and team in the higher realms always make sure I am experiencing many things so I can come back from the experience and help others as they go through the same or similar processes throughout the years.

You will notice now after going through the process of transmuting of dark energies,  there are blissful energies that will kick in many times in the evenings. Watch for these to come in after 9pm your time where ever you are. This is the gift we are given to release these energies as we make room for more LIGHT. Many times the evening hours is when we will experience our most extreme symptoms.

HOW TO OVERLAY THE DARKNESS WITH LIGHT

Good Day Lovely light beings-  you are so loved,

Many of you may have noticed that in the current time the darkness is getting darker and coming out of hiding. This started a few years ago when the darkness began to show itself more fully.  Bizarre things are occurring, unlike anything in the past and many do not know what to think of it.

The Ascension process brings the hidden darkness to the front so it can be cleansed and transmuted from dark to light. Not only is this happening in society and the 3D world but also in ourselves. For those that have not spent the time cleaning their own darkness from themselves, it is now easier as it is brought to the surface so it can be seen more clearly for what it is. Thank you for all your service, all the loving beings not afraid to bring their unconscious selves to the surface for inspection and transmutation to the light.

Many of us who started on this journey early have cleansed their own darkness, but for many who have just started, (the last few years) they are going through this process now.

What is darkness? Absence of light and ONENESS with the Divine Creator Energy. The darkness can appear in all kinds of ways including being out of alignment with the higher self. It can show up as lack of self love, self worth and divine purpose. Darkness is service to self instead of service to others. How does this darkness manifest? As greed, control and power over others. It ultimately comes from fear which the ego produces, fear of not being good enough, not having enough, and not feeling good about oneself. It can manifest in ways of restricting and controlling others or self destructive habits and ways of being.

As we look at society and see the crazy things taking place, it seems we can only shake our heads and wonder, how did it get like this? Please- please-please do not believe this is what anyone who is awake and aware and working to create their own reality has done deliberately. On the contrary, this has manifested through unconscious creating and agenda of others through service to self. This in itself shows us now where service to self leads to on a grand scale. It is mirror showing us the reality of what we do not want for ourselves.

There is conscious creating and unconscious creating.  Unconscious creating  is akin to a roulette wheel that spins and where it stops nobody knows. There is also a dark conscious agenda at play and the dark have been working hard at creating the reality they desire based on service to self.

I can give many examples of these bizarre situations but for anyone who is 0n top of things ( as I have told you to pay attention) there are more than enough to go around.

There are far too many examples for me to include. The Oregon land grab is another example. There are many land grabs going on across America right now. Check into agenda 21 if you are not familiar to how this ties into land grabs.

So what we are seeing now is the Darkeness in full view of the light. No more hidding and sneaking about. All out in front for everyone to see. As a psychic I know all of things that have gone on and are still going on. Yet I realize many people are still in the dark about the dark agenda.

The Ascension process is about ridding oneself of all of their dark layers to let the light shine through. This is not about any religious aspects of the dark or light. This is about the true unconscious layers of programing that are operating without the persons awareness.

Ascension brings these layers up for everyone to look at and process and convert to light. It is up to each person to take this extra help with ascension and do the work required to be able to keep moving up in the dimensional realms of consciousness. Everyone has free will so who ever chooses to raise their consciousness and join the ascension party may at any time. It is open to all guests now and continuing on.

What can we do about these events of darkness being brought into the light ?

We can work to create the reality we desire and not the unconscious  reality we may get or the reality of others with service to self in their agenda. We can overlay their agenda with ours.

Whether we are aware of it or not we are creating our reality each day, each minute, with every choice we make and where we choose to put our time, energy and focus. Anything we focus on becomes larger, so we want to be aware of any dark agenda going on but not to put our energy into it. Instead we work to counteract the energy we do not desire with a new template of Divine ONENESS energy of service to others. We overlay their energy and make it null and void. This starts with each one of us in your own energy field.

We can start to visualize the reality we want to create as an overlay to the reality that we are seeing take place.

Here is a manta from me to you that you can use in a relaxed state:

“I am a Divine light of the creator. I create my own reality with every choice I make. I choose to create the reality of love, peace, cooperation and abundance for all. I choose love above all else. I am loving and peaceful toward all others, even in the event a misunderstanding. I hold my hand out to others as they find their way. As they stumble I am there to pick them up. I accept the help from others should I stumble, as I know this is Universal Love being sent to me through others. I accept all good things that I create and discard anything not self loving or for my highest expression of self.”

This is the city that has been shown to me by the Advanced Planetary Council of Light, a group of Star family races I am in contact with in person.

While laying down visualize the city of 5D. The city is made of crystalline structures of all different colors washed in light of the creator. There are many different races of beings in this city, including star friends and family. Ships are docked close by and in the sky hovering around the city of light. Everyone is working in cooperation and love, holding their hands out to others. Gardens of fruit and vegetables are everywhere and in abundance. Animals roam free and interact with all the different species of beings. Cooperation and support are the theme of the day and everyday. The Divine energy floods the city and everyone works in tandem with this energy. All beings are honored equally and lovingly with extra care given to women and children of all races. Women hold the creation of life and children are the creation of the future. They must both be held in the highest regard and care. The Divine masculine is the protector of all women and children and mother earth. The divine protector works in harmony with all beings from all planets.

There are no governments, there are only councils of light that work together as teams with psychics and mystics heading the teams. Everyone works towards the goal of becoming one with the creator for this is the ultimate goal of the land.

A Message From the Advanced Council of Planetary Light

” The darkness is revealed to you so you can now check your own lingering darkness. Many of you have worked so hard to clean your own misalignment with your true self yet there are still so many more to go. Every action you take towards love is an action towards us for we are love in form as you are. As you awaken to your destiny we will be there to help you with every step. It is vital to work on your awakening process now. ”

When we work together we can create the reality we all desire in a shorter amount of time as combined energy is greater when put together. I am visually holding your hand on this journey to oneness and awakening into the 5th dimensional city of light and love.

Massive Wave of Light Upgrade Occurs/ Pure Energy Upgrades for 5D

Blessings Beings of Light and Love,

We received a massive wave upgrade last night around 3 am. This caused sleeplessness among other symptoms. I had to force myself to lay down around 4am even though I was not even remotely tired after the Light Wave of Encodement hit. The wave feels just like that for me, it is an actual wave of light that hits me and then goes through my body and consciousness. There have been no flares or geomagnetic storms. As I have talked about in many of my past articles, these WAVES of PURE LIGHT are not dependent on any outside factors. Not on any cosmic planetary line ups, not flares not anything. They can come in as PURE Sources of Light upgrades. Giving us the light encoding for the upgrade to 5D. All we need to do is to relax and receive.

There is a LOT OF confusion in the spiritual world about what produces a energetic upgrade. The bottom line is many different sources help us with our ascension process. The Creator, Star Beings of Light, the Central sun, the Photon belt, besides occasionally getting upgrades from flares and geostorms. But by no means are flares and geostorms the only sources or the most important sources. The flares needs to be in high intensity M or X flare to be felt and be of any significance at all.

Some of the symptoms I experienced and you may have experienced if you were awake to feel it were :

• Foggy Brain
• Extreme Thirst
• Hyped up and not tired at all
• Slight nausea ( one small wave)
• High tones coming in off and on
• Blissful feeling of one with all that is

This wave lasted only about a half an hour compared to some waves that can last up to 2 hours in full. I am a Wave Expert having experienced every Wave that comes in for the last 5 years and helping to shift humanity by accelerating the consciousness of humans by relaying what is happening Cosmically to all of us through this ascension process. Many of you are right in there with me, feeling every wave and every upgrade.

The beauty of these waves is NO one can predict when they will come. How can anyone predict a wave at 3 AM which causes the participants to feel like they have had too much coffee to drink all day long when there were no stimulants taken. Discernment is the key to be able to tell what is TRUTH regarding Ascension and what is not.  The fact is we are getting upgrades every week now in some fashion according to my own articles of waves coming in, so any given week anyone can predict we will get waves and they will be accurate 🙂 The waters of Ascension can easily be muddied by information that is not correct and given by those that may be well intentioned but are too new to the process to fully understand what is going on.

Divine Waves of Light do not produce the same symptoms each time, there is no catch all for them. Each one is unique unto themselves just like each one of us lovely beings of light is. Each wave brings a new upgrade and a new way of seeing the the 5D world we currently are moving into. Each actual wave is specific to the qualities and downloads it brings. This wave brings us closer to Truth because that is what is most needed right now. There are Dimensional Source Light Encodings in this upgrade bringing us closer to the Light and creating more distance from the dark.

As I looked back at the upgrades we have experienced I notice there have been no flares of any significance for the last month. DISCERNMENT is the key to all TRUTH.  Psychic knowing and intuition is the key. There is no better time than now to start the journey of advanced awakening. The sun has again gone quiet even today.

How the increased energy can affect some 

You may notice bizarre behavior occurring now or in the near future by some. This is because the increase into 5D with each wave that occurs makes it more and more difficult for those who have not aligned with their inner selves and higher selves to be able to move into the higher divine realms of light. This behavior may start out slowly or come on all at once. It may be shocking to see and witness, yet this again shows our upgrades coming in by close examination of what we do not want and what can not exist in 5d. The truth can be a hard pill for some to swallow, especially at this stage in the ascension process when we are teetering all the time on accepting more light and more love from the Divine.

More celebrity deaths

As the energies increase some will find them to difficult to align with. It is hard to imagine for those of us that dig deep and have no trouble coming up to the surface for the air needed to cleanse our soul but this is occurring rapidly now and for the past 5 years since the energy increases have become more visible energetically. Those that has crossed in this way are always with us no matter how the crossing is done. They can be of more help on the other side even with the ascension process and this is the choice they made in this lifetime. I have communicated with many celebrities after they have passed including Dolores Cannon, Leonard Nimoy, Robin Williams and more. The best advice I can give is to send love to them when you hear of their passing. RIP is not accurate because they do not rest in the higher realms. They are doing spiritual work if they choose to and living just like we do but on a different scale of reality. They can feel the love you send to them and it means the world to them. Keep sending !

Memory Losses and the restructuring of the brain 

As we move into higher energies of light, our need to use words decreases. Telepathy becomes the mode of communication, just as it is for higher beings of light. You may find yourself at a loss for words ( as I have) or not remembering words you should remember. This happens because words are in a way an unnatural form of communication when we could have the mode of _instantly knowing_ without using words. Everyone has this ability and it will become more obvious in the days to come. A quick test you can do now is to look at your pet and determine at any given time what they want or want to say when they look at you. Its very easy for me to see what they want to tell me on any given day or time and it will become more and more common as more wake up to this process. Pets are easy to start with, they are so loving and pure essence of the soul. They communicate through their heart just as we are learning again to do.

Vibrating objects 

You may see vibrating objects as the energies increase. I have seen this quite a few times recently and in the past years. The most recent was a floor heater that vibrated off and on for about 5 minutes. I once saw my end table vibrating for over 2 hours as well as my shower curtain and a few other objects that should be solid. The facts are objects are not solid, even ourselves, we are all vibrating at frequencies normally unseen to the human eye. Yet with these upgrades we now see the REAL reality of objects and their frequency. We are seeing their vibration level and there is nothing to fear in seeing reality the way it really is.

Fear ( its not real ) 

As our reality begins to change, fear can creep into the ascension process as we access what is called the paranormal. Do not let this fear kick in and take hold. Become the observer in every situation and sit back to enjoy the show. Everything does not have a message, many things are shown to us just for us to know we are ascending and reaching higher levels of consciousness. Like a peacock showing off its feathers, the ascension process too wants to boast through the Universe of its accomplishments.

 Sedona

As I prepare for my move BACK to Sedona I will keep updating the waves of energy coming in. I may not have as much time as I have in the past but I will always make time to update any NEW energy waves coming in and upgrades. I have lived in Sedona before in 2003/2004 for a year. I have made many trips there before living there, We were called to lived there. Everyones calling will be different depending on their frequency where they are called to be at this time. The energy must match their frequency for progress to be made.
