5D ENERGIES STREAMING IN ALL DAY , HIGHER AWARENESS LEVELS REACHED

The past 3 days 5D ENERGIES of EXTREME Bliss are here and streaming in all day. The full wolf moon ( known for hungry wolf packs howling outside Native american villages ) arrives tonight.  We just got done with a few days of geomagnetic storms which activated crown chakra alignments.  The moon and other planetary alignments can and do affect the energy of the Ascension process. But Ascension is not dependent on these energies as we can tune into the energy upgrades and feel it  without any planetary alignments. Ascension is an inside job, yet we do get help from many Cosmic influences. To feel the upgrades as they come in is all that is needed to be able to integrate them into our body and consciousness.

Many ask me how does the BLISS of 5D feel? It feels as if I am in a complete cascade of Love, it permeates everything I do and surrounds me everywhere I go. The reality then turns to PURE enlightenment and joy. The feeling is not like any 3D feeling, it exists many levels above that. The feeling is so intense, it can be addictive as it is nothing that normally can exist in 3D. It pours through every cell and every bone, reaching the core and the soul of my being.

What does this mean? This means as we move closer to the higher 5D realms through the Ascension process we will be feeling more bliss, more love, more joy, more happiness and more of everything of the LIGHT. The darkness will slowly become a thing of the past, a distant memory left behind that soon we will forget about completely.

How do we feel this 5D bliss coming in ?

We work to raise our consciousness everyday to the highest level possible ( which is unlimited by the way). These are some of things we want to work to eliminate:

• Toxic relationships
• Violent Movies
• Violent video games
• Arguments with others
• Alcohol, drugs
• All addictions
• Releasing false ego based on fake manmade constructs
• Negative Self talk
• Revenge thinking
• Negative thoughts
• Fear

We work instead on these aspects:

• Feeling joy
• Positive outcomes
• Positive and Empowering thoughts
• Reparenting the Inner Child
• Spend time in Nature
• Meditation
• Building self esteem
• Searching for truth
• Positive self talk
• Self love
• Aligning with higher self
• Service to others
• Self Development
• Listen to positive music
• Exist in the NOW

I have gone through every physical symptom (and then some)  there is to Ascension, the lows and the highs. Even though the lows are sometimes rough, we can still know that if it was not for these symptoms we wouldn’t even know we were in the process of ascension. I give gratitude and look forward to all ascension signs and symptoms as they are the guideposts we need to know where our destination is taking us to. To take us to 5D is a process and to change ones body into the LIGHT body takes time and is many times not pleasant physically.

To exist in the moment of NOW is the key to creating the 5D reality we are evolving into. As we move dimensions, we are moving toward the interdimensional reality that already exists. In order to enter into it we need to become a MATCH to the vibration level that exists there. We become a match by removing all darkness for there is no darkness there.

There are many fear based distractions that can lead us down the wrong path. We can not let these affect our vibration.  Just Say NO to all lower vibration energy, whether coming through others or articles. Anything fear based will be lower energy vibration as this is false in the higher realms.

I have seen several blue orbs flying around my bedroom these past days when we are experiencing the higher vibrations of Bliss. Orbs can appear in every shape and size, sometimes with a black center. They are conscious spirits that have decided to travel by orb.

I had a spirit traveling around while I laying down reading. The spirit got close to me , then would move further away.  This spirit was unusual as it was very solid white and not wispy like most are. It was very adamant about gaining my attention. When I acknowledged it was there, it flew off and did not come back.

I experienced a water droplet on my mouth, inside the house. I have experienced and talked about this many times in my past articles as one of the signs we are moving dimensions. Water will be felt, usually on the arm, leg or near the mouth and there are no leaks and no water around. This is a sign of moving dimensions.

All of these experiences are more pronounced for me when we are in an Energy upgrade. Spirits come closer and all things from other dimensions are easier for me to see.

Join me in the higher dimensions and the bridge to the Cosmic Family. This is our destination and our harmonic ascension soul path.

Upgrades Coming In/ Geomagnetic Storm Now in Progress

Hello Light Souls,

I have been receiving downloads through my CROWN chakra today coming and going. Some are very intense and feel quite nice 🙂 If you are feeling the tingles, shimmers and helmet head ( pressure around the head), it is because we are being upgraded through a geomagnetic storm through the SUN, OUR Star. Solar winds are hitting the earth due to a huge coronal hole that has opened up on the SUN.

With the solar storm  happening, all kinds of  paranormal events can and do take place. I have kept track of these storms for years and what they can produce. Along with upgrades to our DNA and LIGHT BODY , they also bring an energy of changing timelines. This is also when the ” Mandela Effect ” can take place, the seemingly passed on ( celebrities)  show up again as alive. I have seen this event myself many times, reading about someone who is alive after knowing they have already transitioned. ( I have talked about this for years on my Facebook page)

We can also experience sharp pains in the head area that come and go or headaches, along with sleep issues. The fact that we can FEEL these storms taking place shows our connection to the Sun and the Ascension process.

Along with this many psychic events can take place. We can see more spirits, orbs and have visitations from Cosmic Star Beings or other dimensional beings. Timelines can slip, meaning we can be short anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours of time not knowing where the time has gone. I have experienced this and more many times. Things can disappear and go in and out of timelines, so remember if you loose something , you may gain it back after a short lapse of time. As long as the storm is in effect these upgrades and psychic activity can hit a high level of intensity.

Ascension Update~Current Energies Flowing IN

Today we are experienced extreme crown chakra activations which changes and transforms our DNA through upgrades to our LIGHT BODY. You may experience tingles and the feeling of helmet head, which is pressure around all sides of the head. I came up with this term a year or so ago to describe the feeling that happens when the Ascension waves come in and what it feels like around the head with crown chakra activations.

All significant upgrades are felt through the chakra points with many coming in through the heart and crown chakra as this is the seat of our soul. When our soul departs this realm it leaves through the crown chakra. This is in fact the GATEWAY to the higher realms. Each chakra has to be activated and upgraded during the ascension process. How will you know yours have been activated?  You may feel them vibrate as I have or you may feel stabbing pains as I also have in some of the chakra grid points.

On December 11, 2011, I was sitting on my couch in the living room and noticed a white sphere, that looked like lightening coming through the window. It came right through the window and stabbed me in the heart chakra to more fully open that vibration of LOVE. I fell over a little, there was some pain, then realized what it was and what had just happened. I hear many reports from ascension participant clients of heart pain during their heart chakra opening. I have experienced vibrations in each chakra as it was opening. Many may have had this experience but not realized what it was. Vibrations anywhere on the body means that energy center is opening.

The last few days we are being hit with Massive upgrades and frequency increases. You may hear tones in your ears. How will this sound ? Everything goes quiet all the sudden and a LOUD tone is heard that propels us further into our shift. There has been some slight nausea as well. This seems to occur in the evening for me right after I eat a meal.Sleep has been difficult for many, myself included. Thirst issues occurring as well. All signs of increases in dimensional shifting.

As I have talked about before in many of my articles, there does not have to be a geo-storm, a planetary alignment, flares or anything happening for us to get DNA upgrades. Today there was nothing going on and still every few hours I was hit with activations. Crown chakra activations with tingles and pressure around the head. This has happened many times in this shift and will keep happening all the way through.

I am happy to see these NEW activations coming in. I have been tracking and on the leading edge of  all downloads, upgrades and new DNA sequences for over 5 years now and there was a period last fall after October not many were coming in. While September and October we were slammed with NEW WAVES, I am more than happy now to see these NEWenergies back again and raising all of our frequencies and vibrations.

The NEW 5D and way of being is coming in now and no one will be immune from the changes that are taking place. ALL will go through this same process. All will have to have all their chakras opened and activated and all will join the ascension process. No one is left out in this shift. The Creator and our Cosmic family works these waves so that everyone get the upgrades and activations they need. Everyone does not receive them at the same time. There are groups that are all activate at once depending on the level of vibration. All though will be activated at some point if they choose to accept the process of Ascension.

HOW TO AWAKEN TO YOUR 5TH DIMENSIONAL SOUL

In the awakening process there are many steps to be taken to reach the higher levels of awareness and enlightenment. Each step has to be taken to release all illusions, programs and energy thrown to us that we accepted that was not ours. Healing from our past will be the first aspect we take on. What level we currently exist at is in direct relation to how much time and energy has been devoted to releasing old programs from the matrix conditioning in order to heal and see CLEARLY while moving up in the ascension upgrades that are ongoing and continuing through 2016.

One of the traps of the conditioning matrix is to keep everyone distracted by ‘so called fights’ and chaos between people, even reaching as widespread as political candidates. To be aware and awake is to understand the agenda of the lower energies that have always sought to use power and control on Humankind.

To get trapped into main stream media “so called news” is to become outraged over a supposed statement someone made or a grievance that reportedly happened to someone. When one is on a higher vibration curve, we realize these traps and do not spend our time or energy involved in these media blitzes. We realize the agenda that takes place and do not fall victim again to the ways of 3D and the system that exists to entrap humankinds energy. We see the truth for what really is, knowing there are injustices everyday in the 3D duality reality. We are aware of what is taking place but do not fall for the distractions from our own enlightenment to fall prey to the energy victimization.

One of the ways to keep from being distracted is to see CLEARLY the motivations and intentions of others that are in 3D positions of power and control. To see the truth is to see beyond the veil and tap into the information that is hidden from most. Using first your own intuition that exists for everyone and with development, psychic awareness.

The energy used for these made up crisis that exist only to further empower the agenda of the matrix system could be used instead to create the reality of our choice and the reality we all are moving into through intention and upgrades. The reality of 5D is all about FREEDOM not enslavement, corruption and manipulation of humankind energy. The more we can focus on freedom in all aspects, the more we can use this energy to propel us in our advancement.

To look at where we are now in relation to where we are going , all we need to look at is the freedom that exists for each person to live the life of enjoyment and happiness as opposed to oppression, conditioning and conformity of the masses.

Freedom means self governing, with psychic councils that see where things will lead if the current path is followed. This is the way of the future and the future that can be created now by each person on this planet. The 5D and above reality does not exist with restrictions , limitations, or manipulation. This higher reality is about freedom of the soul to see the truth of the soul and act on that.

It is only the corrupt that need to lead the masses with power, control and lack of self governing principals, with the main aspect at stake being Freedom. Freedom to choose what is best for each unique person, since no two humans are the SAME. The uniqueness of each soul is why we are here and is a conduit to create our reality that leads to happiness and fulfillment.

With freedom from birth comes genuine happiness and freedom for every soul to completely live their soul purpose through intuitively being drawn to the things they love and their passions. This is the direct link to the souls reason for being here. To pursue ones passion is to merge with the Creator and co-create with this powerful energy to manifest their soul advancement.

To take this away from birth with conditioning and conformity is a travesty inflicted upon the soul of every being whether they are aware of it or not. YET now with the Ascension process in place everyone has an accelerated path to find their passion by releasing all programming and tuning into their passions and what makes them happy and feel pure JOY. Feelings are the Guideposts to the Soul.

As we move further in the Ascension process more and more will be taking this step up the higher awareness ladder of releasing the past energy they took on that did not belong to them and consciously moving up the ladder of self evolution, happiness, freedom, and soul purpose. In my services and mentorship with others, I am seeing this increase now taking place more than ever. More and more are on the road of self discovery and healing the past, which is the road that lasts through many lifetimes, not just this one. We carry with us each new spiritual skill we have learned into the next lifetime.

Our soul/sole purpose for being here at this time is to make spiritual advancements within ourselves and love ourselves enough to take this Ascension journey. The journey of love to give ourselves and then pass on to others.

ASCENSION- To Be Called To Serve The LIGHT

TO BE CALLED IS TO FEEL IT DEEP IN YOUR SOUL~ FOR YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED TO SERVE THE LIGHT

Ascension is the raising of consciousness into the higher timelines and the development and full embodiment of the light body.  THIS  will include merging with the Creator and becoming a CO-Creator of Full Mastery. This takes time and can have painful and distressing moments as we are LITERALLY creating a NEW Crystalline LIGHT BODY. I have experienced the pain and the BLISS moving through this process. The bliss is like no other feeling on this Earthly Realm as we merge closer to the LOVE of the Creator.

I have been stuck to my chair for hours as the downloads flowed through me and I did not want them to stop because I knew I was being upgraded with DNA Sequences that would change the life of myself and the collective.

I have had the most bizarre experiences as I have talked about in my articles from my website. I have also experienced the most BLISS I have EVER experienced in my LIFE in this process. To be fully in this process is to Experience Ascension, not just talk about ascension. Experiencing it for oneself is where all the knowledge and higher Wisdom comes from.

I have talked about my NEAR AScension experience and ended up on a new HIGHER timeline afterwards so I could stay and help others to raise their vibration and be the bridge between the Star Worlds and our world.  The Star worlds connect more closely through the ascension experience because all realities and timelines merge together.

To experience the SYMPTOMS, this is the green light you are on the right track, Everyone should be so lucky to be First Wavers of Mastery in this process. Some of us have taken on this role and we asked to take this on. Why? Because we were strong enough to do it. To FEEL all the waves that come in, is a pleasure EVEN when they are not pleasant. This shows we are indeed moving through this process not the HIGHER dimensions of AWARENESS.

To help to TRANSFORM the COLLECTIVE and this timeline of duality and darkness is a role many of us are serving and we willingly do so. We are brave beyond words and courageous souls that care as much about others as we DO ourselves. This is why we have been chosen and CALLED to be of Service to the LIGHT. We serve the light of the Creator and in our hearts  and SOULS we know this to be true.

December 21st Solstice – Upgrading To Join The Cosmic Family

As December 21st is upon us, we are opening to a BRAND NEW Paradigm again, a Cosmic one.  We are getting used to the energy that has again changed and not so much “in your face”  but much more on a subtle level of awareness.

Some of the current energy we have dealt with this past week:

• Nausea
• Broken up or no sleep
• Intense or Strange Dreams
• Feeling out of sorts or disconnected from this reality
• Seeing more things from other dimensions
• Timelines merging- A feeling of not remembering when things happened and what was dreamed about or meditated about or really happened.

While some of us have experienced these things before in the Ascension process, each time it happens we reach a new peak of awareness for us to adapt to and integrate within ourselves. The current energies and downloads directly relate to building our Light Body and the Cosmic Awakening/Merging.

COSMIC MERGING

This Energy is one of letting go and working with the Creator and Cosmic Family to create our new 5D worlds we are entering into. As our light body becomes more and more crystalized, we too change in structure to more and more fluid light. The structured body and mind disappear and float away.  As the energies come in, even though always changing, we too change through these energies.

As we hold more light, new Cosmic abilities, new ways of being and new aspects to ourselves and others begin to show up for us. We now see Truth and we also see lies. You may have noticed being able to know things without knowing how you know showing its face more and more.

This is claircognizance and this is the psychic paradigm that is becoming more dense. Don’t discount what you may know, even if you get no confirmation on it. Not everyone is even aware of their own feelings, so you could be picking up connections that even they are not aware of. As we as first wavers advance, more and more catch up and on and on it goes until everyone is on board.

Among more abilities, you may have noticed increased sensitivity to pets and animals, now noticing when they look at you what they want or what they may be thinking. If not, try to initiate this with your pet, look at her/him in the eyes and see what you can pick up. My pets always speak to me and tell me what they need just by staring at me. I will also mirror back to them what they do to me so they know I got the message. I also respond immediately to what they want. This helps to build the connection for further telepathic communication.

Our Star Races are very much involved in our Ascension process and have Always been involved with us. We are now moving into the time of experiences and the time out of researching. Many of you can feel this and now drawn to those of us that experience things of other realities daily and have no need to do any more research.

The key is for everyone to be able to experience other dimensions for themselves. The Interplanetary Council of Light, ( a group of star races whom I have been visited by ) wants everyone now to start working on their own experiences and their own progress in order to raise the collective mindset from 3D to 5D and beyond. Many of us now reside in the higher awareness levels of reality and do not go into 3D mindsets at all. The 5D reality for the first wavers has become more solid.

To make the jump from having ones own experiences to is a huge Step for Humanity. This is because direct experience is what provides real wisdom and knowledge in a way that nothing else can. When we look at the many of us who have had experiences out of this reality and what this entails, it is to learn from this to catapult the ones awareness into the other dimensions of no limitations, that anything is indeed possible.

The time of research is now over for those that want to know more about our cosmic family. Research is not the way to have contact with them nor does it lead to contact. To have experiences with them we must open our third eye and enter into the new paradigm that is taking place, co-creating with the Universe and Creator Energy.

For those waiting for disclosure this will be a dead end. Disclosure happens within each of us as we reach out to our Star sisters and brothers with a pure heart accepting them for their differences and they then can reach back to us. Disclosure will most likely never come from the government, there is too much to hide that revolves around every aspect of our lives. Disclosure happens at an individual level through direct contact with our cosmic family.

During interviews, and Clients and friends ask “what is it like to see Star ships and also see Star races that visit you?” I can tell you it is a life changing experience that started for me back for me in 2000 and is ongoing. My last visit was about year ago a Pleidian named Aktura and before that the Blue rays that took me for 3 nights in a row in their ships encoding me with information that I now share with the masses about ascension and what the future holds along with how to get to the future we are all co-creating.

The future will be one of commonality for all of us and to take our place with the cosmic sisters and brothers. We will govern ourselves among ourselves as everyone will have psychic abilities and there will be no need for any leader. There will be high psychic councils that see the future and telepathically communicate with all the Star races.

Chidren will be held in the highest esteem and all programming will be gone forever. Children are born pure vessels of light and it is only through programming and conditioning they loose their way. If not for this aspect our world would look nothing like it does today. This is why the Star children were brought in around 2000 and after, these children are not easily programed and they work to lift humanity for all of us.

As I talked about in my recent interview with Acoustic Heath you can find here , all experiences out of this dimension have to be intergrated, honored, respected, embodied and embraced by the experiencer to get the downloaded effect needed to morph into the new light bodied human we are becoming. This crucial step ensures we will have more experiences in the future with more DNA changing codes to integrate into the light body.

Our future of Co-creating our realities and unlimited being and wellness is just around the corner. The reality we are moving into with our Cosmic Family is one that we have never experienced before. And as many of us who have had the privilege of experiencing the pure blissful states of Ascension know there is nothing like it. We are moving into a time of merging with Source Energy and working with Star Races to uplift the entire Universe.

12-12-15 Higher Awareness Update

The energy the past few days has been elevated to a higher awareness. Intense dreams have taken place along with sleep issues. Cleansing more dark energy of the collective leads to nightmares and bizarre astral travels. Along with this are lucid dreams and precognitive dreams as we surf even closer through the 4th dimension.

Many people are having nightmares now, this is always a sign of frequency changes as more dark is transmuted from dark to light. Remember we are clearing for the collective, not just ourselves. These nightmares will pass.

I experienced two precognitive dreams back to back two nights in a row and then 2 nights ago a double take, but what it really is, is a timeline shift. I felt the energy actually start to move to a new timeline. This energy was very strong and signaled to me a new way of being emerging. The 12-12 energy has always been very powerful going back to years ago, with the gateway opening up even further in our ascension process.

After having no NEW ( in your face ) Waves coming in for the last almost 3 weeks now it is nice to see this energy back again even though in a subtle way. The energy has been very nice and calm the last weeks and there has been a feeling to organize things and get them in their place. Spring cleaning, only this time winter cleaning. There is a feeling of putting everything in its place, per the Universe likes to have things organized and balanced.

Revelations also have been coming in during this time about oneself and others. We are able to see others intentions more clear and concise. Being able to understand where we are at and how did we get here. Understanding others reactions which most times comes from unprocessed hurt and pain.

We are wanting to make more concrete plans for the future as these changes take place.

Timelines merging as today seems like the past and future and all timelines floating into one reality.

Lots of other dimensional beings floating around me during these past weeks and days as another indication of moving frequencies and timelines.

The star family and interplanetary council of light Star races that visit me are closer and more actively involved in the planet now, making sure things are headed in a positive way. I will be sharing more of my Star family experiences now as they are guiding me to become the bridge between them and humanity. The time is now right.

I feel more elevated about the future as more join the ascension party and come into alignment with their higher selves. During my readings I am seeing more and more with psychic abilities coming online. The clients that come to me for ascension and star race sessions are accelerating at an advanced rate. This is so nice for me to see, that others are progressing and coming into their true state of being and authentic, higher selves.

The true state of being is one of completeness and being able to access all of our true gifts of all psychic abilities, telepathy, teleportation and many others.

With these gifts come higher compassion for all living things. This is one of the perks of living in the higher realms. We feel so connected to each other and understand each beings uniqueness. There is no competition with others. There is just pure love for one another at the highest level of awareness.

Signs You are Creating Your Light Body and Expanded Awareness

One of the steps on the way to moving into 5D awareness, joining the Ascension process and  creating our LIGHT BODY is to deprogram oneself from the matrix interface that has taken place with all of Humanity. This can happen at the beginning of the awakening process or somewhere along the middle of the journey. Some of the symptoms of awakening are that the 3D world and all that it entails no longer is enough for us. We move out of the 1st chakra of survival and fear and move into the landscape of opening and fully integrating each chakra in our energy system. 

Many of us were called at this time to create the SHIFT that is now in progress. What does it look like for a person to move out of the 3D world energetically. Among the many aspects to this, here are some of them:

• No longer want to work a regular 3D job
• No longer wants to be part of the system
• No longer accepts blind authority

In contrast here are some of the signs of awakening that can happen along with these symptoms of beginning to move out of 3D.

• Awakens to the beauty of nature
• Accepts each person for their own uniqueness
• Wants to be of service to others

The change that takes with place with awakening can throw someones life into chaos because they no longer want to be part of the system, yet they may have no income coming in for the transition out of a money based system that we are currently in but moving out of.  They then have to make some hard choices about how to live, how to downsize and how to get by with less money than what they are used to making.

This is where the Universe can step in and help. In order for this help to occur and the transition to take place, the person will  need to start to let go of ALL preconceived ideas about how the Universe works and be open to accepting the NEW WAY of Being that is in complete opposition to what we have been taught and programmed to believe.

The Universe which IS the Source Creator which IS Woman, man, trees, flowers, rocks, wind, air, ocean and everything we can see and many can not see, works with us everyday of our lives, although many are unaware of this because of the overriding illusion that is in place to make people believe everything is limited. Once the programming is removed, the limitations are released and then the Universe is less restricted to moving in and helping the person to create magic. We work in conjunction with the Universe to create the reality we desire.

To connect with this energy is unlike being in the 3D world and following the rules of success to get further along in a corporation and make more money which by the way leads many to unhappiness. Anything that is a fake man made construct will ultimately lead to unhappiness and feeling stuck. The only true happiness is with Source Creator and merging with the Universe.

To merge with the Universe is to completely forget everything we have been taught about how things work. The TRUTH is the Creator. This is the one truth that does exist and this truth is everything.

To access this truth we must discard the programming of the matrix and be ready to accept the NEW way of being and living. We will want to then work on ourselves as much as possible. To heal the aspects of ourselves that still reside in the dark. Where there is dark, light needs to transmute. As we work to open up our pathways to LIGHT, opening each chakra energy point, more light is then allowed to come into our being. Opportunities with others start to open us up for more progress on our spiritual evolution. This is where the light body activations start to come in.

Spiritual evolution then becomes the first priority in our lives because we then realize everything else is a dull fake construct which is all part to the matrix and only the Creator and All that is is REAL.

As more LIGHT comes in we start to eliminate all negative elements from our lives including 1st chakra survival fears and attributes which includes fake encounters with others, fear based information or ways of behaving, negative and toxic people, fake ways of being, violence in movies, video games, violence towards others, or any negative influences.

As we remove negative influences and dark aspects of ourselves more light is able to come into us and move through us merging us in harmony with the Universe and the Creator. We are then actively involved in giving up the world of 3D.

It is at this point we start to move more fully out of 3D consciousness. This is the first point where many find they are caught between two worlds.  They find they want more light but they can not give up the 3D aspects that give them pleasure, not understanding these aspects are actually harming them. This could be alcohol, addictions, negative partners or friends. Some get stuck at this point, not knowing what direct to take. They may cling on to spiritual concepts that do not lead to progress and wonder why they are stuck.

They may still be caught up in NOT speaking the truth to others, afraid of the outcome. This is especially relevant with friends and family. They may feel all alone as if no one understands them anymore. This is true because as move our consciousness into higher dimensions, we are actually entering a new reality.

This is the point where Real progress can then take place. Sometimes we need to reach the bottom before we can move upwards but we are NOT to stay stuck there.

This is then the time to dig in and start learning the truth of what this reality is and what it is not. At this point when we accept the Creator, we may start to have experiences that don’t match this 3d reality. If we are in fear, these experiences many times stop. The trick is to accept all experiences so we can manifest more in our lives and work to uplift and clear humanity to create the 5D world we desire.

Out of 3D experiences are the key to higher knowledge, higher wisdom and higher understanding. This is how we connect the dots to make sense of how the other dimensions, timelines and other realities work.

It is at this point the progress can take off because if the person accepts the non limitations the Universe is showing them, they will be shown more. No drugs or short cuts are needed. The Universe will be there to provide the student with what they need when they are open to it, receiving and accepting.

The light body continues to build through these experiences of other dimensions and other timelines. Some of the more advanced symptoms may be:

• Perception Issues-feeling very big or very small-Aura enlarging
• Feeling water on the body inside when there is none- this is a sign of other dimensions merging with the person
• Seeing beings from other dimensions including spirits or Star Family
• Feeling the Energetic Waves of Ascension as they pass through Humanity
• Seeing objects move that do not move in 3d

The symptoms of building the light body and upgrading our DNA structure are endless. The may start out as seeing flashes of light and smelling things from other dimensions moving into more advanced stages as the student progresses.

As we continue to build the light body more and more will have increased psychic abilities. This can be activated more fully by opening the Third Eye. The intuitive nature will turn into psychic nature which is the advanced level of intuition by about 50 times. They will know things they have no way of knowing ( claircognizance ) They will see beings from other dimensions ( clairvoyance) and they may hear things from other dimensions ( clairaudience)

All of these things add to the light body awareness and make it easier for us to move subtely into other dimensions. We are not moving quickly, this is a slow move to make sure everyone is ok with the move and give them time to adjust physically, mentally, emotionally and consciously.

We move everyday and more and more people join our ascension experience daily. The shift in progress is nothing like it was 5 years ago, so many more are now on board and actively participating in the rise in consciousness for us all.

As our consciousness expands into the higher realms, we experience more blissful states of being, this is the merging with the Creator.

Our 5D future is bright and happening NOW and in every MOMENT.

Ascension Updates and Experiences

Last week on 11/10 the day before the Gateway of 11/11 we had a huge Wave come in that took us to new levels of enlightenment. It started on 11/10 and went through until 11/14. This wave was one of:

• Headaches
• Nausea
• Extreme Exhaustion
• Sore Muscles
• Feeling Disconnected
• Anxiety
• Spurts of intensity and anger
• Emotional Upsets

This upgrade was VERY intense and there were 2 days in this period of time I could barely move. I would get up and do a few things in the house and then have to sit back down and rest. My muscles were so sore I could barely walk and then I was dealing with many of the other symptoms on the list. I had to reschedule all of my appointments from my website. This was one of the longest lasting and most intense waves yet that we have had to deal with. This is all upgrading to the new light body, in order to upgrade we have to move away from the old and this is letting go of the old way of being through our energy centers.

Some are now getting hit with the energy of the Gateway. Hang in there, it will pass in a few days. When we feel these waves all depends on our frequency and vibrational levels. This is a good reason to check my articles and page regularly as I am always on top of all energy waves, downloads and upgrades.

Telepathic Communication 

With this also came some odd experiences for me that I must say have not happened before. I do have experiences out of 3D just about everyday but since Wave X my experiences have taken on a new flavor.

I experienced this odd occurrence a few times during this energy surge of the 11/11 Gateway. I would be on my computer or doing something else and what hear others talking next to me. I realized as I listened to them, I couldn’t understand what they were saying. It sounded like a complete different language that was not mine. It did not matter what language they spoke it all sounded the same as unrecognizable. I was somewhat shocked because this has never happened to me before. This would last for a few minutes and then I could understand again what they were saying. This not only happened to me once but about 3 different times on different days during this upgrade.

What this means is we are now moving away from Earth language in our frequency and vibration. Many of you may experience the same thing or similar things in the weeks to come. The language of the Universe is telepathic. No words needed. So it would make sense that as we ALL become more telepathic as we move more and more into our LIGHT Bodies that we would also loose the need for language and not understand it.

Paris

Many have asked me for advice about the recent Paris incident. We must always be aware of what goes on around us but also to stay out of fear at the same time. We must be aware others have other agendas than we do. The world of 3D is based on opposites and compliments. These attacks are the opposite of everything that is loving. Yet we must keep a high vibration even though none of us like to hear of violence of any kind. Most of us are VERY sensitive NOW to any kind of Violence as move up in dimensional realities. We must be able to discern what these attacks mean and what they were for.

Fear is an agenda that keeps showing up as we move higher and higher in our awareness. This happens because there is a pull to not let us leave this reality. This is even more a reason to not let fear dictate our reality and awareness. We can not let any incident now stop us from our goal of ascension. We do not want to be distracted and then lower our vibration. Remember there are other agendas now as we move closer to our goal of the 5th dimension. Keep this in mind and do not be shocked when the dark agendas make their move. We are NOT in the same reality as they are, yet we have to be aware they  are trying to hang on to what WAS and no longer IS.

We need to be able to move through these agendas quickly and not let this affect our consciousness. Maintain the higher vibration no matter what takes place in 3D whether real or not. It does not matter, the goal is ascension. We no longer have time or energy to spend on 3D dark agendas. This is not a humanity issue, it is a dark agenda issue. Humanity is not responsible for this,  (some groups are) we do not take on karma that is not ours.

Current Energy

The energy of the 11/11 gateway has let up the past few days and blissful feelings have returned. Feeling lighter and more fluid has been reported. I have been experiencing moments of Pure joy at times. Just these times of joy and bliss are worth some of the not so pleasant upgrades we have to go through in the Ascension process.
